Terms of Service

The rules for using SourceSpot. Written in plain language; please read them before you sign up or pay.

Last updated October 17, 2026

1. Who we are

SourceSpot (www.sourcespot.app) and the SourceSpot browser extension are run by Harvinder Singh, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (“SourceSpot”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SourceSpot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SourceSpot.

2. Your account

3. Plans and payment

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time on the Plan page (Manage billing). Your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. New paid subscriptions have a 7-day money-back guarantee; see our Refund policy.

5. Amazon data and estimates

6. Fair use

Do not use SourceSpot to break the law or Amazon’s rules, to scrape or copy SourceSpot itself, to get around plan limits (for example with several free accounts), to attack or overload our systems, or to reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

The products and notes you save are yours. We handle your information as described in our Privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

8. Our service

The SourceSpot name, website, extension and code belong to us. We work to keep SourceSpot running and accurate, but we may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable, including when Amazon or another provider changes or limits access.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

SourceSpot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, inventory decisions or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using SourceSpot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will email you or show a notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use SourceSpot after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
