How do I connect my Amazon account?

Log in, open Amazon account and click Connect. Amazon asks you to confirm; after that, real fees fill in automatically. You need an Amazon seller account in that region (North America for Amazon.com and Amazon.ca, India for Amazon.in).

What can SourceSpot see in my Amazon account?

Only product fees and catalog details (size, weight, Best Sellers Rank, price). SourceSpot never reads your orders, customers or payments, and never changes your listings or prices.

How do I disconnect?

Click Disconnect on the Amazon account page, or remove SourceSpot in Seller Central → Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps.

How does Product search work?

Open Product search, type a keyword and press Search. You get Amazon products with price, Best Sellers Rank, estimated monthly sales, sellers and real fees. Filter and sort them, then click Analyze on any product. It needs your Amazon account connected. Sales are estimates from the Best Sellers Rank.

How do I analyze a product?

On Analyze product, paste an ASIN or Amazon link and press Enter. Price, fees, size and Best Sellers Rank come from Amazon. With the Chrome extension installed, the top 10 market numbers fill in too. Add your supplier cost to see profit.

The market numbers are empty.

They come from the top 10 Amazon search results and need the free SourceSpot Chrome extension. Install it, refresh the page and click "Fill from Amazon search". If Amazon shows a robot check, open Amazon in another tab once, then try again.

Fees show “Log in to SourceSpot” in the extension.

Log in to SourceSpot in the same Chrome browser and connect your Amazon account. Then reload the Amazon page. Real fees in the extension are part of the Starter and Pro plans.

What do the paid plans include, and how do I cancel?

Starter ($14.99/month or $125/year): real fees in the Chrome extension, 30 product searches and 50 fee lookups a day, 100 saved products. Pro ($29.99/month or $249/year): no daily limits on research and AI, keyword research 10 times a day, track 10 products (the first 50 members pay $19.99/month with code EARLY50). Business ($49.99/month or $419/year): unlimited keyword research, track 200 products, Excel export and background removal. Upgrade, switch or cancel on the Plan page (Manage billing). After cancelling, your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Not happy? Email us within 7 days of paying for a full refund.

How does keyword research work?

Type a keyword on Keyword research. You get the phrases shoppers type on Amazon, ranked by how often Amazon suggests them. Press Check to see the results count, prices, sellers and estimated sales of the top 10 for each phrase, and an opportunity score. Search volume is an estimate (High, Medium, Low), not an exact number.

When does the product tracker update?

Once a day. Press Track in Product search, or add an ASIN on the Product tracker page. The first numbers are saved right away; charts fill in day by day.

Are the sales numbers exact?

Sales come from Amazon's own "bought in past month" badge, so they are a minimum, not an exact count. Fees come straight from Amazon.
